WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for providing leadership and expertise to all levels of a global organization; for strategy and execution of global HR systems, practices, and approaches that support the company’s business goals and objectives.
Support leadership team with emphasis on workforce planning, selection, retention, engagement, and succession planning.
Develop and execute company strategies around recruitment and staffing, associate relations, health and safety compliance, and benefits and compensation.
Lead recruiting team, candidate experience, and selection processes to develop a pipeline of high quality and diverse talent needed to support our growing organization.
Ensure timely, compliant, and effective orientation process for all new hires.
Develop and implement programs aimed at retaining talent and promoting a high level of associate satisfaction and minimize organizational risk.
Direct the assessment of the organizational and professional needs talent and leaders and oversee the design and the delivery of the training and organizational development programs required.
Oversee the implementation of global total rewards programs aligned with the philosophy and values of the organization and ensure company is well-positioned to attract and retain qualified associates.
Maintain market competitive benefits and salary structure and ranges.
Lead effective and timely company and associate communications.
Establish and review HR metrics to ensure effectiveness of recruitment, training and development, and employee relations functions.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
15+ years of experience in HR with a generalist background, preferably in high growth technology sector.
10+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, leading an HR team, building key relationships with senior business leaders, and serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders.
Strong compensation and benefits background
Global Human Resource experience is preferred.
Experienced in leading organizational change efforts.
Experience in scaling HR functions in the global technology sector.
Software or tech industry experience is preferred.
