WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as the lead product owner for a critical website migration project
  • Ability to strategize, guide development work, and implement experiences on the main web pages to create a cohesive digital experience.
  • Partner with UX, Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Accessibility partners to design and bring to life new website features, acting as an ambassador for your product and providing prioritization to the team.
  • Manage the team roadmap by creating and defining the product vision and strategy, articulating user stories with clear business value and periodically reprioritizing the product backlog based on market changes and customer feedback.  
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment and share with executive leadership.

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Must have experience in front-end/UI product management
  • Experience in digital or financial services institution
  • Must have agile/SCRUM
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  • Excellent experience building cross-functional relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree
