- Established history of achieving/surpassing sales-targeted revenue objectives in an environment where relationship building is essential to success.

WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Administers & processes bi-weekly payroll; loading & auditing hours, processing and paying monthly incentives and commissions, calculating checks, expenses, tuition reimbursements or other special pay scenarios.
- Maintains and updates time systems.
- Partners with Finance with respect to applicable payroll reports and monitor banking limits.
- Processes associates on leave and monitors deductions with the Benefits team.
- Enters wage withholdings (garnishments, etc.).
- Prepares manual checks on an as-needed basis.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations and pay rate changes.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.) coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Payroll/HR Shared Services environment.
- Working knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements as they relate to payroll processing.
- Experience with payroll and time software systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
