- Responsible for the growth and sales strategy around our statement of work product offering while partnering with the leadership team to further define and implement a strategy to captivate engagements within existing clients

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The key focus for the Senior Executive Recruiter is to oversee the successful fulfillment of open Human Resources requisitions across executive search, staffing and SOW
- This position will lead intake calls and meetings to discuss current and forecasted hiring, document and communicate results internally, post jobs, actively source and recruit talent and support delivery activities.
- Facilitate the high touch recruiting strategy utilizing our recruiting ecosystem including automation, offshoring and internal recruiting team.
- Process, prioritize, and organize high volume business and requirements to ensure client delivery.
- This position must have a passion to achieve excellence in client and candidate interaction and be highly self-motivated.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
