Five Technical Skills:

  1. We are seeking a proven track record of at least 10 years of business experience (preferably Human Resources related) of success in Investing in Relationships through recruiting, client management, sales management and revenue growth with an understanding of good gross margin clients  Making an Impact.
  2. Understanding of and Action-orientation to ensure repeatable, adopted processes that lead to excellent, low variability, and successful customer experiences that are cost effective, productive, and work within the overall business model.  Working with Passion and Purpose.
  3. Analytical Skills to provide input, suggestions, and recommendations for action based on data interpretation. 
  4. Ability to delegate, make decisions, and hold people accountable for agreed upon job goals
  5. Track record come up through the staffing ranks with multiple years’ experience and can teach, lead and mentor staff from firsthand experience
