WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Repsosnsible for the design of engaging learning experiences through a variety of training methods
Manage projects related to learning and development, training and human resources
Support the launch of new learning programs, including needs analysis, instructional design, content integration, learning delivery, session facilitation, measuring effectiveness, and project management
Responsible for tracking and auditing the training performed, successes and opportunities for improvements of each team member trained and the overall success of training offerings
Conduct new hire orientation process and assisting in any other training through out the company
Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators and subject matter experts
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or other related function
3+ years’ experience in a training role
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing enviroment
Experience implementing a training program from beginning to end
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
