WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 

• Repsosnsible for the design of engaging learning experiences through a variety of training methods
• Manage projects related to learning and development, training and human resources

• Support the launch of new learning programs, including needs analysis, instructional design, content integration, learning delivery, session facilitation, measuring effectiveness, and project management

• Responsible for tracking and auditing the training performed, successes and opportunities for improvements of each team member trained and the overall success of training offerings
• Conduct new hire orientation process and assisting in any other training through out the company
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators and subject matter experts

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or other related function
• 3+ years’ experience in a training role 
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing enviroment
• Experience implementing a training program from beginning to end
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• ATD/CTSD certification is a plus

• Experience onboarding new employees
