WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Responsible for overseeing and documenting pilot training to ensure it meets regulatory requirements, coordinating training resources, and maintaining records of pilot qualification and currency.
  • Manage various aspects of pilot training, from scheduling computer-based training to coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance matters, while also implementing and improving record-keeping systems as needed.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Holds a private pilot license or relative pilot experience. 
  • An associate's degree in aviation or related field is required. 
  • Proficient in Excel or related software
