WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Responsible for overseeing and documenting pilot training to ensure it meets regulatory requirements, coordinating training resources, and maintaining records of pilot qualification and currency.
Manage various aspects of pilot training, from scheduling computer-based training to coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance matters, while also implementing and improving record-keeping systems as needed.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Holds a private pilot license or relative pilot experience.
An associate's degree in aviation or related field is required.
