WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of strategic global total rewards projects, processes, and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
  • Lead the management and administration of the total rewards program for a specific region.
  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
  • Analyze and recommend job grade placement, salary, and incentive plan eligibility.
  • Develop and present total rewards communication and training materials.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field required.
  • Minimum eight years of experience in total rewards with deep compensation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Workday preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
