WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Manage the design, development, and implementation of strategic global total rewards projects, processes, and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
Lead the management and administration of the total rewards program for a specific region.
Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
Analyze and recommend job grade placement, salary, and incentive plan eligibility.
Develop and present total rewards communication and training materials.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field required.
Minimum eight years of experience in total rewards with deep compensation experience.
Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Workday preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
