WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Lead and manage the compensation and benefits initiatives for manufacturing, sales, corporate and executive leadership for over 10,000 employees.
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures; strategize and recommend plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends.
Ensure that market data is up to date on competitive pay levels and make recommendations as needed.
Ensure that compensation and job profile requirements are satisfied, and data accurately reflects salary structures and variable programs.
Oversee the design and implementation of a full suite of benefits to include vendor selection, budgeting, modeling as well as all employee communication and training.
Ensure appropriate oversight of the administration of the health plans, which include medical, dental, life, disability, 401(k) and non-qualified executive plans (Deferred Compensation).
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to benchmark positions and develop competitive total reward packages including base, long-term equity and variable compensation.
Keep apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Design and oversee implementation of program goals and objectives in all areas of compensation to include developing appropriate career structures, salary administration tools and merit and award policies and procedures.
Partner with others on the HR team both domestically and internationally to clearly communicate benefits, compensation, salary and merit policies, procedures and other details needed.
Build internal relationships with key stakeholders to include the executive team and board of directors.
Ability to drive the global agenda around compensation and benefits within country business partners.
Leading as a player coach while executing initiatives and working with the team to gain results impacting the broader organization.
Ability to build external relationships with vendors and the board
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
PHR/SHPR ,CCP or CEBS Certification is a strong plus
5+ years leading a Total Rewards with influence globally
Experience leading teams to drive results while being a player coach
Strong communication and board presentation skills
Ability to build cross functional relationship in the organization and abroad
Experience working a publicly traded organization is a plus.
