WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Provide live Tier II support for a variety of products and customers including C Suite executives and manufacturing staff
  • Assist end users with technical support as needed.
  • Assist IT Manager and Network, System Administrators to accomplish projects.
  • Review systems and logs on routine basses. Report significant and recurring issues, offer and implement repair solutions when possible.  
  • Set-up/upgrade workstations according to required configuration.
  • Track hardware /software assets.
  • Troubleshoot computers, peripherals, software, applications, printers, phones, networks and scanners for multiple DNP locations.
     

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • 2-5 years of digital imaging support, Tier II support, and/or 1+ years PC technical call center support experience required.
  • Basic to moderate skills in PC hardware and windows application troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, and networking
  • Basic  understanding of networking protocol, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches
  • Familiarity with Windows (XP, NT, Win7, Win8, Win10) and Mac OS (10.8, 10.9, 10.10) Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both company leaders and in a warehouse environment
  • A+ or Net+ certification is preferred but not required
