WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • The Technical Workday Specialist will work with the HR Digital Manager to provide comprehensive support for Workday technology, primarily focusing on Payroll and Compensation and other related HRIS processes.
  • Create process flows, procedures, and resources, conducting data analysis and cleanup, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support for audits and maintaining data integrity.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert in Payroll and Compensation within Workday HCM, enabling analytics through dashboards, diagnosing and resolving system issues, ensuring compliance with SOX processes, leading optimization efforts, and managing Workday Security
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 2-3 years of experience with Workday HCM and Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience in performing backend configurations, providing user support and setups in Workday.
  • Fundamental working knowledge of security protocols, business processes, transactions and connectivity of the Workday platform to accounting and human capital management functions.
  • Proven ability to use computer software and applications to share, retrieve, research and present business information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel (v-lookups, formulas).
