WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Responsible for company-wide technology support and operational activities that encompass applications, infrastructure, communications, and security.
Works closely with the Director of Information Technology and the Network/Security Manager to manage and assist with all IT related issues.
Interact daily by phone, email, web, and face-to-face with business users and stakeholders to respond to user requests, gain a better understanding of business needs, troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
Assist with security activities including management of user accounts, security, and distribution groups.
Will be troubleshooting and supporting networked devices (computer, switches, routers, etc).
HOW ARE YOU QUALIFIED:
2 or 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, information system.
1+ years' of experience in a similar role or an IT-related field.
Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
Knowledgeable about Active Directory administration
CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
