WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of all endpoints, software, and hardware
  • Configure and manage MFP printers and desktop printers.
  • Image and manage Windows 10/11 and MacBook endpoints.
  • Install, update, and manage business applications.
  • Manage users and groups in AzureO365.
  • Troubleshoot issues with mobile phones and VOIP telephones.
  • Provide technical documentation for common issues and processes.
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in IT support/administration
  • Must be able to comprehend, communicate, and escalate technical issues
  • Ability to track and update tickets through ticketing system.
  • Ability to assist with or oversee technical projects as needed.
  • Relevant Degree or Certifications
  • Willingness to travel to different Chicago locations
