  • The Technical Delivery Manager will support delivery activities across multiple scrum teams in the Digital technology space.
  • You'll serve as the project lead to Business Partners, Product, other IT groups, and vendor partners and will communicate scope, progress, and issues/risks to stakeholders at various levels--supporting multiple in-flight initiatives at once.
  • You’ll need an eye for detail, a steady and organized approach for managing complex interdependencies and topics, experience summarizing project status and impediments to technology executives, and a knack for creative problem-solving.

  • Develop and drive technical strategy for IT projects based on project objectives and business requirements.
  • Work across business and technology workstreams to identify, align and coordinate both independent and inter-dependent activities. Capture and track key dependencies, identify resulting issues and risks to functionality and schedules.
  • Allocate and direct technical resources to accomplish project tasks ensuring effective utilization
  • Identify and manage project issues/risks to closure and provide proper visibility to stakeholders
  • Generate an inclusive workgroup environment, which encouraged cross-group collaboration
  • Participate in team routines to maintain an integrated view of progress and issues, support teams in resolving cross-team issues and blockers where needed.
  • Facilitate joint planning and problem solving across technology teams and activities, including internal teams, vendor teams where applicable, and other supporting partners.
  • Collaborate with product owners, technical leads and other team members to identify and manage technology risks, identify mitigation strategies, and track results.


  • 2+ years Project Management or Scrum Master experience in an enterprise IT system environment.
  • Understanding of Agile practices.
  • Experience using Jira or other agile delivery toolsets
  • Ability to work autonomously, solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to think critically and develop high quality project deliverables and ensure technology solution meets requirements
  • Consulting/Problem Solving -- ability to work in an advisory capacity to identify key technical and business problems, develop and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations.
  • Systems Delivery -- extensive experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.
  • Superior interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to negotiate and build consensus with various stakeholder groups
  • Proven experience managing multiple efforts at once, of varying scope and size
