  • Provide elevated administrative support to the tax line of business; to include document preparation, client account/folder creation, scanning/saving client documents and printing/mailing
  • Responsible for learning and understanding the flow of tax processing and each of the applicable systems
  • Participate in the national assembly process for tax returns during deadlines
  • Collaborate with other internal business partners such as Accounting, Legal, and IT.
 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
 

  • No experience required, 2+ years preferred
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment
  • Previous experience as a tax admin or tax processor
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills
