LOCATION
- Fully onsite in Rock Hill, SC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Supporting as a resource expert in our Recruiting, Selection, Development and Workforce/Succession Planning efforts
- Building and fostering relationships with external partners (i.e. Recruiters, schools) that provide support for talent efforts
- Analyzing training and development needs and collaborate with talent team to implement solutions
- Coordinating leadership development activities
- Collaborating with local schools (high schools, tech schools, community colleges) to develop and expand local presence near our physical locations
- Coordinate activities of local recruiting teams to maintain and improve university and diversity recruiting efforts
- Selection and promotions process support
- Develop and execute a communication strategy delivered through a variety of channels.
- Track current and future hiring needs
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or similar
- 2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar
- Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret data, understand metrics and build out dashboards to help drive talent acquisition goals
- Experience in creating awareness of a company brand and establishing strategic partnerships within a community
- Experience with other applicant tracking systems, such as Beamery, iCIMS Recruit, etc
