LOCATION
Fully onsite in Rock Hill, SC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Supporting as a resource expert in our Recruiting, Selection, Development and Workforce/Succession Planning efforts
Building and fostering relationships with external partners (i.e. Recruiters, schools) that provide support for talent efforts
Analyzing training and development needs and collaborate with talent team to implement solutions
Coordinating leadership development activities
Collaborating with local schools (high schools, tech schools, community colleges) to develop and expand local presence near our physical locations
Coordinate activities of local recruiting teams to maintain and improve university and diversity recruiting efforts
Selection and promotions process support
Develop and execute a communication strategy delivered through a variety of channels.
Track current and future hiring needs
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or similar
2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar
Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors
Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interpret data, understand metrics and build out dashboards to help drive talent acquisition goals
Experience in creating awareness of a company brand and establishing strategic partnerships within a community
Experience with other applicant tracking systems, such as Beamery, iCIMS Recruit, etc
