LOCATION
  • Fully onsite in Rock Hill, SC
 
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Supporting as a resource expert in our Recruiting, Selection, Development and Workforce/Succession Planning efforts
  • Building and fostering relationships with external partners (i.e. Recruiters, schools) that provide support for talent efforts
  • Analyzing training and development needs and collaborate with talent team to implement solutions
  • Coordinating leadership development activities
  • Collaborating with local schools (high schools, tech schools, community colleges) to develop and expand  local presence near our physical locations
  •  Coordinate activities of local recruiting teams to maintain and improve university and diversity recruiting efforts
  • Selection and promotions process support
  • Develop and execute a communication strategy delivered through a variety of channels.
  • Track current and future hiring needs
 
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data, understand metrics and build out dashboards to help drive talent acquisition goals
  • Experience in creating awareness of a company brand and establishing strategic partnerships within a community
  • Experience with other applicant tracking systems, such as Beamery, iCIMS Recruit, etc
