WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Supporting the Vice President with calendar management, travel and expense reports
  • Responsible for scheduling meeting arrangements, booking rooms, preparing packets and managing food orders or offsite bookings
  • Assist with finical responsibilities, submitting invoices, resolve payment issues and track payments
  • Responsible for maintaining HR reporting system, assiting with record changes for relocation, managing reviews and approvals of expenses 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years of Assistant or Coordinator expeirance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office  (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Meticulous multi-tasker with excellent communication skills
