This role will be responsible for supporting the Manager, Talent Management Program to support Performance Management and Talent Review/Succession Planning. This includes but is not limited to:

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:

  • Support the existing Performance Management process through administration of communications and reminders
  • Researching and collecting performance management practices
  • Working with external vendors to schedule demos and meetings
  • Organizing, attending and note taking at focus groups and internal meetings
  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • Create initial drafts of resources and communications

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
  • Experience with performance management
  • Experience researching, refining, and defining a new way of doing Performance Management that is useful and easy to use for the end user
  • Experience with talent review and succession planning
