WHAT YOU WILL DO
Optimize the candidate journey at all stages of the process from attraction to onboarding, and partnering closely with leadership of all divisions across the organization
Own the consultant care program including quality assurance, compliance, communication and reporting
Manage all projects associated with consultant to include multiple technology platforms
Understand business needs and where AccruePartners can execute to provide greater value to our candidates and clients by utilizing strong business acumen
Manage any challenges presented by candidates to ensure a successful resolution and ensure all parties are in the communication loop.
Community management of social media groups and reputation management platforms
Oversee candidate experience survey development and reporting
Contribute to development of candidate and consultant communications across email, social media, etc.
Lead the planning and execution of Consultant and Alumni appreciation and networking events
Communicate effectively on the telephone and thru email, responding with urgency to candidate and consultant inquiries and concerns
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
10 years in a customer success, staffing, or talent acquisition is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of technology and the utilization of multiple platforms is a strong plus
Project Management skills meeting timelines and deadlines with urgency and care
Openness to New Experiences/Inquisitiveness - possess a natural curiosity, creativity, desire to learn, and a hungry mind.
Extremely detail and process oriented – organizational skills are key
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly polished, and professional environment.
Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills are required.
Excellent business acumen and research skills are critical.
Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
