  • Responsibilities Lead the recruiting function and manage the recruiting team
  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy that aligns with current and future workforce needs
  • Recruit for specific positions to include executives and other strategic roles as needed
  • Evaluate current recruiting processes, policies, and procedures, devise improvements and enhancements, implement process changes ensuring recruiting processes comply with applicable laws, regulations and policies
  • Ensures business continuity by developing and implementing recruiting standard operating procedures
  • Evaluate Recruiting technology and lead projects as assigned Manage recruiting vendor contracts and relationships
  • Manage the employee referral program Participate in budget planning process related to divisional recruiting line items
  • Maintain communication with senior management, business leads, and team members to ensure successful planning and execution of projects and achievement of established objectives
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive, related experience with subject matter expertise in recruiting for Public Accounting
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters and a coordinator
  • Ability to handle pressure, manage priorities, meet deadlines, make effective decisions, and be flexible
  • Ability to partner and work strategically with internal clients, business partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment and to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, solutions and tools to overcome recruitment challenges
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, process improvement, short term and long term planning skills, impeccable business judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with multiple HRIS and ATS systems Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet applications
  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, including the ability to translate long-term goals and objectives into short-term tactical plans and operational activities
