• Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with company values and brand.
  Update existing job descriptions written over the years, ensuring they’re clear, inclusive and aligned with our current voice.
• Edit job profiles that contain the full scope, responsibilities, and key skills of the positions that make up our organizational structure.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand business objectives and audience demographics.
• Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility team to identify ways to enhance the candidate experience and our employer brand through content.
• Support the development of social media graphics, career site content, and recruiting communications.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 5+ years of related experience in recruitment communications/marketing/advertising.
• External and/or internal communications experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Web publishing, graphic development or online platform and technology experience.
• External labor market and best practice knowledge.
