Create compelling, attractive, and inclusive job descriptions by partnering with the recruiting team to better understand roles and then write them.
Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with company values and brand.
Update existing job descriptions written over the years, ensuring they’re clear, inclusive and aligned with our current voice.
Edit job profiles that contain the full scope, responsibilities, and key skills of the positions that make up our organizational structure.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand business objectives and audience demographics.
Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility team to identify ways to enhance the candidate experience and our employer brand through content.
Support the development of social media graphics, career site content, and recruiting communications.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5+ years of related experience in recruitment communications/marketing/advertising.
External and/or internal communications experience in the Financial Services industry.
Web publishing, graphic development or online platform and technology experience.
External labor market and best practice knowledge.
