WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
We are looking for a contractor to assist Talent Initiatives and Talent Development with our new hire orientation program.
Meticulously detail oriented
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and care
Problem solver who proactively partners with key stakeholders and business partners in HR, Recruiting, Compliance, Legal, IT, Finance, and Security to make sure all new hires and existing employees are set up to succeed.
Schedule interviews, book travel arrangements and reserve conference rooms for interviews
Meet and greet candidates for their interviews
Provide support to the recruiting team
Be a point person during onsite interviews
Facilitate disseminating interview materials and food for candidates while onsite
Manage high-volume job requisitions and all job boards
Assist in recruiting events as needed
Clear and concise communicator
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
2+ years experience in a staffing agency or internal TA department
Knowledge of balancing time zones and experience working with calendars
