WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Work with business partners to discuss experience and qualifications needed. Organization, multi-tasking, and follow up are key!
Primary responsibility is to build talent communities and network with skill trades in the field
Identify and attend various recruiting events to include networking events, high school and military career fairs, job fairs, community colleges/trade schools, personal interest events (i.e. auto shows), etc
Own and enhance the company Employment Brand through partnerships with vendor
Manage and build talent communities for up to 5 job families at once
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Four year degree highly preferred
Position requires 2+ years of experience with demonstrated success in the talent management
High energy; enjoys being a connector and talking to a lot of people
Comfortable being in the field; NOT a typical behind the desk TA job
Must be self-disciplined, structured, and possess strong communication skills
