LOCATION

  • Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC - 100% remote for now, then will sit on-site in Detroit, MI when staff transitions back into the office after October

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Supply Chain Product Analyst position is part of a team that is responsible for multiple applications that support the investment activities of the banking platform. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the timely triaging and facilitation of Product back-log items for the Coupa tool and other ancillary supply chain solutions including Coupa Core, Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Contingent Workforce and Coupa Expense modules.
  • Co-own product strategy roadmaps with Supply Chain/I.T. leadership from inception to delivery and identify solution key performance indicators.
  • Clearly communicate with various partners (internal/external) to ensure product solution goals are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinate with technology team regarding procurement tool testing and standards.
  • Assist with SOX/Audit activities as needed.
  • Provide overall project management, thought leadership and best practices to drive technology initiatives to execution.

 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 3-5+ years of supply chain practice, purchasing and/or product management experience within financial services industry required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Information Technology, or other related degree preferred.
  • Agile / Scrum Master experience
  • General knowledge of the supply chain/procurement industry with the capability to analyze business procurement issues, recommend solutions and implement change.
  • Able to consolidate requirements / requests and prioritize them amongst a stakeholder group.
  • Strong Project Management skills and Agile framework required.
  • Coupa or other purchasing platform end user/admin proficiency.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (VISIO, PowerPoint, Excel) strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally).
  • Requires minimal supervision or direction to effectively implement strategic objectives.
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong work ethic.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail required.
