WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
As a member of the company's Sourcing organization, you will handle primary responsibility for leading sourcing & contracting initiatives across the Auto Finance operations and Customer Care function.
Responsible for partnering with stakeholders to establish integrated sourcing teams, define business requirements, perform market analyses, complete risk assessments, formulate sourcing strategies, and execute objective, fact-based sourcing initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners
Lead multiple, medium to high complexity projects as an individual contributor
Lead/facilitate effective fact-based negotiation strategies to maximize contract benefits and mitigate risk
Work with business units to maximize compliance and optimize spend against established contracts and supplier programs
Support the management of relationships with suppliers and support constructive handling or resolution of issues and disputes
Support and enable supplier risk management activities within the Auto Finance operations and Customer Care function
Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of strategic sourcing, negotiation and other relevant procurement management experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, including ability to build cost models
Strong presentation skills including proficiency in Powerpoint
Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and experience working with multiple business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate across business levels (both vertically and horizontally)
Ability to support multiple assignments and partners, prioritize workload and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines
Ability to organize data and exercise effective problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment
Flexible and can work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented, energetic, motivated, and action-oriented
