WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Manages smaller projects (or portions of larger projects) within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and deploy, through effective project management, state-of-the-art Supply Chain processes and tools.
• On-going and YE capital project spending management:
• Work with project managers in Technology to understand equipment to be received, contact vendors to expedite receipts, ensure invoices to shared services and payments posted.
• Work with project managers and shared services to resolve any issues with receipts, invoicing, invoice processing on-going into next year:
• Continue work with project managers related to project costing: o follow-up with vendors & shared services.
• Spending reports and forecasting assistance  
• Technology budget assistance
• Manage actual and forecast spending working with Technology staff 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 2 year degree required 4 year preferred.
• Experience reviewing financial reports and databases. 
• Supply chain experience is a plus.
