WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Review company's current set up of performance, goals, and continuous performance management modules and provide recommendations/roadmap to bring it up to full potential
  • Review opt-in features and functions that company has not turned on yet and provide recommendation
  • Turn on newest version of Continuous Performance Management
  • Help gather/evaluate requirements from business for year-end and next year changes
  • Translates business needs into system design for SF Performance and Goals modules
  • Configuration for 2022 Performance Review
  • Configuration for 2023 Goals Form – aligned to new and improved 2023 Performance Review for the end of next year
  • Update functional documentation (FDDs)
  • Communicate regular production system changes with internal stakeholders
  • Partner with internal business stakeholders on full cycle HR system solutions to solicit/define/document business requirements, recommend viable solutions, configure changes, coordinate testing efforts and production launch
  • Technical troubleshooting and resolution of escalated system related issues
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Extensive SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management experience
  • Multiple implementation experience in SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management
  • Experience in supporting SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management
  • Experience in implementing SuccessFactors Goal and Performance management for multiple countries in different languages
