  • Participate as a Business Analyst to meet with business process owners to understand and gather requirements for requests.
  • Document business requirements, translate them into SuccessFactors process requirements and then communicate to technical team member
  • Conduct implementation of business process changes.
  • Assist with building communication plans, the creation of support documentation, and with the training of support teams
  • Perform required testing related to upgrades, releases, fixes and enhancements.
  • Create and submit support tickets with vendor and validate fixes.


  • SuccessFactors knowledge is required
  • Experience with the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Careersite Builder (CSB) modules and Onboarding 1.0/2.0.
  • Experience in other SuccessFactors streams like: Compensation, Benefits, Employee Central, with Learning as a nice to have.
  • Ability to identify and recommend best in class HR business process solutions.
  • Experience designing, documenting and deploying HR solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
  • Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
  • Strong estimation skills and strong track record of accurate estimations for HR solutions.
  • Project management and project leadership experience is a plus.
  • Experience using newer SAP products like Qualtrics, Opportunity Market Place, Workzone is a plus.
  • Experience using SAP Cloud Platform is nice to have.
