- Review, approve, and process purchasing requests such as purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods or services to ensure compliance across organization
- Prepare all aspects of simple bids (RFx) requests for quotes, information, and proposals; issues purchase orders.
- Provide liaison services between vendors for order status, procurement procedures and problem resolution; research sources of supply
- Consolidate and formalize spend habits to align with organizational goals, ensuring compliance and success of new programs through support and continuous process improvement.
- Baseline and analyze spend data for use in validation and negotiation of all spend categories.
- Bachelor Degree – Supply Chain Management Preferred
- 3+ years of experience indirect procurement
- Eager and hungry to learn new things and tackle new projects
- Ability to analyze large data sets and provide analysis
