  • Develop strong relationships with key players in both current and new customer accounts
  • Become a subject matter expert in the Saas product
  • Provide feedback to promote customer engagement and experience
  • Work with customers via phone, email, face to face interaction to solve product issues and implement onboarding
  • Perform product trainings on site

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
