  • 100% remote until after January, then will transition to a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days on-site in the uptown Charlotte office and 1-2 days remote



  • Support Agile team’s integration within Deposits & Tech - Communicate updates for Agile team activities including but not limited to sprint goals, delivery dates, requirements, and risks to vendor and enterprise project teams ; Participate in enterprise project team cadences and provide relevant updates to Agile team. 
  • Create materials for Enterprise Risk Governance routine - Support the development, review, and refinement of slide decks used to communicate Agile team alignment to strategic initiatives and shifts in priority.
  • Propose and develop new content for Agile team to leverage for senior leadership reviews.
  • Align release schedules and coordinate Change Management - Draft schedules to visualize consolidated views of production deployments, testing windows, and team requirements as they relate to enterprise strategic initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support as needed - Provide ad-hoc project coordination support by scheduling meetings, following up on open action items, and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Act as Agile team representation during weekly project team meetings; provide status updates, communicate blockers/ risks, etc.
  • Manage the migration from legacy Bank Data Repository to Snowflake as part of current Bank Migration (AAP and BDR) program team.
  • Manage large-scale, strategic, complex, and highly confidential projects



  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment for complex enterprise projects, ideally in Financial Services with exposure to IT and /or digital technologies
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel), JIRA, Confluence
  • Polished and professional communicator, comfortable presenting to and collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization (CIO, Head of Digital, or Head of Bank in meetings)
  • Strong facilitation skills (e.g. present to various stakeholders and enable them to make decisions if conflicts occur)
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience as a consultant with exposure to various organizations and projects
