WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Writes sufficient code that is of high quality and consistent with the company's coding standards. 
• Become and expert in establishing application patterns and identifying areas for improvement overall. 
• Configures, develops, and tests business cases which then are tied back to the business requirements. 
• Expedites testing tasks and work with QA using best practices. 
• Validates developed product features in the UI/database and review proposed testing suite. 

HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY: 

• 5-7+ years of development experience
• Strong experience in dynamic Front-End web development technologies: Javascript, HTML5, AJAX
• Experience or exposure to Salesforce development
• Experience with mid-tier development stack: Java, J2EE, Rest, Spring, Hibernate
• Consultative approach: Must be able to recommend new ways to do things
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• Ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product requirements.
