Interact with Compliance business partners, vendors, various IT teams, and leadership
Deliver data integration and automation efforts supporting Compliance Regulatory Reporting and Trade Monitoring practices
Develop a strong understanding of business requirements, processes and complex data patterns to implement quality technical solutions and data strategies that meet business needs and align with technology standards
Gather functional requirements, complete data mappings, and evaluate toolsets to provide tool recommendations for workflow, automation, and data flow solutions.
Report project status, identify and communicate risks, issues, changes and proposed solutions to project management and leadership.
Provide estimates and logical work plans, including detailed work tasks and dependencies, to deliver applications on time and within budget that meet or exceed quality standards
Lead Team of offshore developers to develop, test, implement and document new application, processes, data flows, and reporting metrics.
Provides full life cycle analysis, support and complex problem resolution that meets customer requirements and SLAs.
Possesses a working knowledge of end-to-end business and IT processes related to one or more applications.
Work as part of an IT support team with other technology leaders, development staff and technical/business analysts to create technical solutions.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Required Skills:

Previous experience with the following
- Compliance technology systems related to Regulatory Reporting and Trading Surveillance
- Asset Management Data and knowledge of Compliance Regulatory Reporting and Trading Surveillance business processes
- Offshore teams in a team based agile environment using Agile toolsets (JIRA, Confluence)
- Handling multiple inflight efforts in parallel
Ability to work hand on with business partners and vendors to gather and convey requirements across cross-functional teams
Strong skills in:
- verbal and written communication
- Proactive and analytical problem solving
- Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
- Application analysis and production issue resolution
- Detail oriented and deadline / deliverable focused
