WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Guide the process to build, deploy, and maintain RSA Archer core and on-demand applications (ODA) to meet customer needs.
  • Supply recommendations and SME knowledge for the continued development of the Compliance and Risk RSA Archer platform
  • Work with external vendors and consultants on global delivery and implementation teams which impact Archer efforts
  • Provide guidance on implementing Compliance objectives through the Archer tool, maintain mappings of specific corporate controls
  • Provides forecasts of technical effort using accepted forecasting techniques
  • Deliver end to end application solution components on time and within budget that meet the stated business needs , and conform to IT methodologies and Data Management practices
  • Deliver successful implementation of projects and timely service of production applications
  • Create Project Documentation / SOX artifacts (e.g., Solution Definition Document (SDD), Technical Design Document (TDD), Integration Test Plan) that meet SDLC standards
  • Create robust, high quality technical solutions for business and technology customers
  • Align the needs of business units with the capabilities of IT

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Hands on development with the RSA Archer eGRC solution for a global organization
  • Hands-on experience customizing and configuring of RSA Archer 6.x tool suite.
  • Thorough knowledge of Archer use cases such as issue mgmt., policy mgmt., risk mgmt., vendor mgmt., audit/controls, data feeds, notifications, iViews/dashboards/reports
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and managing Windows-based solutions - either on-premises or cloud-hosted
  • Application Analysis and production issue resolution
  • Coordination with offshore teams
  • Experience with development using scripting languages and SQL queries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
