WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • The RPA Architect will be responsible for the design of reusable and scalable RPA workflows. Scope will include process automation, web scraping, and other integration solutions that support operational and business systems.
  • Take business requirement documents and turn them into high-level reusable and dynamic designs
  • Follow integration architecture patterns and best practices to implement workflows in our Integration Tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with several internal teams to ensure each implementation is completed accurately and as efficiently as possible
  • Complete data analysis to look for patterns and gaps in incoming data streams
  • Work to store all relevant data and build schemas that are performant and can be used to identify business opportunities

HOW YOU QUALIFY:

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent engineering skills, think dynamically as it relates to design, and be able to multitask among projects.
  • Ability to use soft skills on the business side along with having a strong technical acumen.
  • 10+ years of development experience, with 4+ in automation tools
  • Experience in robotic process automation tools such as UIPath, Blue Prism, or Automate Anything
  • RDBMS technologies, preferably MySQL and SQL Server
  • Well-versed in new age technologies such as React, Angular, Java, or .NET
  • Bachelor Degree (BA/BS Engineering, CS, or similar), Master Degree a plus
  • Fully understand RPA possibilities and be able to design high performance processes with minimal oversight
  • Experience with Agile software development
