  • Organize project team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact with client project management.
  • Manage costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables.
  • Ensure schedule and budget are met.
  • Identify need for changes and revises within established guidelines/policies as appropriate.
  • Perform ongoing review of project status; identifies project risks.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate.
  • Interface with team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to projects such as but not limited to, technical requirements, business requirements and schedule.



  • 10+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Oracle EBS Financials Project experience
  • Solid Project Management Skills - building a maintaining project plan (3 plans, 1000+ lines)
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC and application of project management techniques and methods
  • JIRA/MS Project/SharePoint experience – Tracking/Scope/Risk/issue/financial/budget management
  • Agile SCRUM Management experience
  • Technical IT knowledge – Application Development background
