WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Collaborate with various teams on the business requirement documentation, design, and testing of payroll software enhancements
Troubleshoot and identify configuration issues and resolving end-user input discrepancies
Responsible for running/loading weekly and bi-weekly Kronos interfaces
Process and validate external benefits vendor interfaces; help the team identify any issues
Provide compensation, benefits and accounting reporting, as requested by internal and external customers, according to established procedures
Identify areas for payroll process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement efficiencies
Ticket management delegation and resolution of escalated issues- research and resolve errors by collaborating with the teams prior to processing payroll corrections
Assist management with payroll software related escalations
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
5+ years of payroll system administration experience required
Fluent in HRIS to partner with administartors
SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos experience is desirable
