Responsible for leading and developing a team of HR professionals in various stages of their professional careers

Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly hires and contractors., assisting with recruiting, new hire onboarding and orientation
Responsible for HRIS deployment, including management of local e-Time platform or other time management systems
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor’s Degree required
5- 7 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Ability to provide management with proactive ideas on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations climate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels in the organization
