WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager out of our client's Charlotte, NC office. This individual will drive growth for our Tax vertical by creating and executing strategies that deliver ROI across paid channels.
You will be part of a team solving BIG problems that are changing old industries
You will create impact at scale to our massive member base of more than 100 million members
Develop integrated strategy for delivering growth across paid channels, working closely with external agency and media partners to execute
Drive paid channel testing, generating data-driven hypotheses for improving channel performance, executing A/B tests, and applying knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform your ideas into compelling messages and media experiences
Identify new channels for testing and scaling
Manage monthly media budgets
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
8+ years of performance marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years working across paid channels
Deep understanding of digital paid marketing with ability to quickly assess opportunities across and within channels
Ability to drive overall paid strategy and execution from forecasting, budgeting, and planning to campaign execution, optimization, and reporting
Demonstrated execution across paid social (Facebook, Instagram) and pre-roll
Demonstrated experience scaling and optimizing paid digital campaigns
Successfully create succinct and easy-to-understand reporting and analysis with clear learnings, implications, and recommendations
You have a strong grasp of the paid digital marketing landscape with demonstrated experience unlocking and scaling paid channels.
You’re passionate about making data-driven decisions informed by testing to drive ongoing channel optimization.
You effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, external agencies and media partners to implement growth strategies.
