LOCATION:

• Charlotte, NC.  4 days in office, 1 day remote.  (Tyvola / Coliseum area)  

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Seeking an individual with Commercial FP&A experience with demonstrated progression in their career.
• Individual contributor mindset who demonstrates curiosity personal traits.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.  You will need to interpret forecasting model assumptions and provide commentary on trend and KPI actual vs plan opportunities.
• Margin and pricing analysis skills ++
• Maintain quarterly forecast review adjustments.
• Help build out annual business plans from the ground up with internal stakeholder collaboration.
• You will be a backup for their critical Trace Sales process within their Healthcare customers / segment. 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen while working with complex financial systems and data, modeling, and systems and solutions to enable enhanced business performance.
• Tableau and PowerBI skills ++
• SAP ERP experience, company is currently on S4 HANA
• Strong self-starter, proactive rather than reactive, works independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of enterprise planning systems and relationship pricing models.
