WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Prepare reports for month-end accounting, including reconciliations, inventory, and intercompany accounting
- Perform analysis of the actual vs. the variance trends, cost variance, inventory tracking
- Assist with the quarterly financial forecast preparation and analysis
- Create process improvements and strategies as it relates to forecasting and reporting
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a must
- 3-5 years of cost accounting, financial analysis or inventory analysis preferred
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with a team
- Large ERP system experience is a must, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
