- Provide post-implementation support for P21 at various company locations
- Identify Key Business Process Improvements, and document P21 processes and promote standardization of those processes
- Provide P21 New User Training and manage Epicor eLearning Center
- Identify Professional Development Needs of the P21 End Users
- Assist with master data management execution
- Actively participate in new feature Integrations, testing, and deployment
- Work with ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
- Partner with the ERP systems Integrator to help with areas of Implementation and integration.
- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP
- Fundamental understanding of P21 processes and their dependencies within the application including finance, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations and customer service
- Self-starter, ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- End User Training and Support experience
- Undergraduate degree in a Computer Science related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
- Data migration and implementation experience also a plus
