WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for different business segments,
Lead and manage strategic initiatives, such as military recruitment, early career programs, second-chance initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Collaborate with Strategic Initiative consultants to refine and expand programmatic experiences, including the enhancement of military-focused programs.
Implement data and metric analytics solutions, including Paradox, to track recruiter performance, scorecards, dashboards, and event tracking using tools like Tableau.
Monitor and report on weekly activity, event tracking, and other key metrics to optimize recruitment efforts.
Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.
Drive employer branding efforts, leveraging social media platforms and overseeing career site management, including graphics and messaging.
Possess a strong understanding of high-volume recruiting, with the ability to effectively manage both upwards and downwards.
Utilize mature data analytics experience to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain multiple internal programs, with a focus on meeting the evolving needs of the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Compensation, Senior Leaders, and Public Affairs, within a matrixed organization structure.
Manage a multi- million dollar budget to support talent acquisition initiatives and programs.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
7-10 years of Talent Acquisition Team leadership experience
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, demonstrating the ability to manage a large volume of candidates effectively.
Ability to manage and collaborate with a diverse team, both at a senior and junior level.
Prior experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is essential.
Strong background in data analytics and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and track performance.
Expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining various internal programs.
Demonstrated ability to align talent acquisition efforts with the strategic goals and needs of the business.
Familiarity with working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple business layers.
Strong partnership skills with various business functions, including HR, Compensation, Senior Leadership, and Public Affairs.
Proven budget management experience, with the ability to allocate resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
