WHERE THIS SITS:

  • 100% remote
  • Travel to visit clients as needed

  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with key players in current and new customer accounts
  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying close to current customer needs, trends, and market activity
  • Improve processes and create tools to support the growth of the Customer Success team
  • Provide feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, to promote customer experience improvements while collaborating cross-departmentally and with leadership teams in the company
  • Become a subject matter expert in all products, services, and deployment to deliver on goals and take part in the growth of the company

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 10+ years of experience with B2B account management and/or customer success
  • Tire and/or Automotive industry experience required
  • Experience with SaaS preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, or Outreach
  • Possess a consultative approach as well as the ability to build credibility and trust
  • Ability to travel as needed
