WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Manages and supports Commercial Lending Operations (CLO) management systems by creating process maps, analyzing workflows and tasks, leads development of AOE and RQA trackers, conducts routine audits, and identifies opportunities for organizational/process improvement.
Works directly with the organization’s subject matter experts to gain information needed to create comprehensive training programs. Coordinates subject matter expert participation in training delivery when necessary.
Prepares the monthly Commercial Lending Operations Oversight deck
Assists in creation and maintenance of CLO policies and procedures.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Required Skills:
3+ years of process analysis and/or continuous improvement
Demonstrated technical writing experience (training, process maps, procedures, etc.)
Ability to manage people and/or previous experience presenting to internal teams/customers
Previous experience leading analysis and process Improvement efforts to gain improvements
Previous facilitator/training experience in the financial services industry
Experience working in financial services—Commercial Leasing/Lending is desired
Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
Proven experience with process automation technologies
