•  Serve as the subject matter expert for Business Intelligence solutions on a growing team with nationwide influence
• Responsible for leading the design, build, and enhancements of BI solutions on the backend
• Work with teams cross functionally to assure the smooth operation of all BI solutions on the front end
• Senior level position with the expectation of mentorship and leadership to junior analysts

• 5-8 years of experience developing, designing and implementing Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions
• Ability to work with various teams and adapt the BI to ensure each team has the dashboards and tools needed to be successful
• Experience with BI tools is required; PowerBI is preferred
• Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, SSIS, and SQL
