- The Software Engineer also collaborates with project managers, suppliers, and end-users to define requirements, translates them into system designs, and maintains and enhances existing systems to improve functionality and performance.

- Gathering and evaluating requirements, designing and building applications, and testing them to meet quality standards.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 3+ years of experience in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and deploying software applications.
- Hands-on development background with C#, .NET, SQL, Python, CSS, WPF and Ignition.
- Experienced in developing and optimizing MS SQL databases.
- Experience working with a steel manufacturing or related manufacturing industry.
- Strong ability to work autonomously in troubleshooting, debugging and optimizing SQL databases.
