WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Lead all digital consumer key areas of site experience with a focus on eCommerce revenue generation, presenting best-in-class user experience (UX) principles.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across eCommerce and Brand Merchandising to align the site experience and design plans into a meaningfully customer shopping experience
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify key areas for site optimizations, leveraging competitor analysis to inform ongoing optimizations and improvements to key website KPIs
  • Manage and build out multiple DTC website calendars, driving and developing process improvement opportunities for the digital team for site merchandising and seasonal planning.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or similar
  • 4+ years of eCommerce experience in a Retail, Apparel, Accessories, jewelry, luxury products or similar industry experience required
  • 4+ years of experience utilizing eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Hyperion, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with tools such as AB Tasty, Optimizely, Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, HotJar, etc.
  • Strong project management, problem solving, conflict management, interpersonal and presentations skills are a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
