WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  •  Remote

 

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

Drive the replacement of a legacy pricing system with Salesforce.com CPQ (Configure, Pricing, Quoting) solution

- for NA, EMEA, and Asia Regions

- Includes Rebate Functionality

 

Work with be done in three concurrent workstreams:

- Salesforce CPQ Functional Buildout (Primarily Vendor driven)

- Systems Integration including legacy Supply Chain (PeopleSoft) & Data Lake systems (IT PM driven including agile scrum build sprints)

- Data Management (Improved Governance & Data Cleansing) (IT PM driven)

 

Desired skill sets

- Experience with Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

- Experience with pricing systems including CPQ systems (configure, price, quoting systems)

- Experience with rebate functionality

- Experience with system integration

- Experience with implementing data governance and cleansing

- Experience with Hybrid SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) with Agile Delivery of build sprints

- Strong leadership to drive technical teams in delivery

 

General responsibilities:

• Project planning coordination and development

• Project plan creation and maintenance

• Serve as Scrum Master for technical build teams

• Project governance and management

• Project management process use and compliance

• Project communication planning and execution – setting appropriate expectations, communicating status with all stakeholder groups, escalating issues and concerns when warranted.

• Participate in various project meetings

• Track project status

• Working with the sponsor to ensure the planned business value is progressing according to plan

• Coordination (with Procurement) of vendor management (RFI, RFP, SOW, etc.)

• End user training planning and coordination

• Change management addressed in organization, technology, architecture, and business readiness

• Coordination of quality outcomes through test planning and execution

• Execution of project plan deliverables, including operational readiness with the appropriate project team members

• Issue facilitation and resolution

• Resource management to ensure the correct resources are available in a timely manner with the sufficient skillsets to meet project needs

o Bachelor’s degree

o 10+ years of Project Management Experience
