WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

The Senior Analyst is responsible for the functional design and prioritization of enhancements to the ServiceNow platform focused on HR Service Delivery (e.g., Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Portal and Transitions). This position will drive initiatives through planning, process design, configuration, deliverables, user acceptance testing, and more. This role will manage efforts across various Global HR stakeholders and liaise with technical analysts and developers to translate business needs into functional design/technical specifications.

• Perform day to day ServiceNow administration and production support, including workflow, changes, and creation/updates to templates, tables fields and notifications; Other day to day responsibilities include:

Answer questions about system performance and any workflow issues

Ensure performance of the ServiceNow and BI reports

Ensure HR cases (US and UK) are routed to the right teams with correct visibility

Provision access based on requests

• Serve as functional Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow HRSD

• Develop/Adjust HR reports created through ServiceNow; Assist functional users with dashboard creation

• Maintain and ensure HR ServiceNow case security and visibility rights are properly governed through Access Control Limits

• Correct and maintain issues related to the ServiceNow User Profile Tables

• Collaborate with ITSM team to maintain the platform and break fix issues

• Partner with ITSM to manage the upgrade cycle, including review release notes, lead regression testing activities, and applicable change management efforts for the HRSD platform

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and document ServiceNow requirements for all enhancements

• Prioritize enhancement efforts across global HR stakeholders to manage global processes

 

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow HRSD

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)

• Prior experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central module or another Human Resources Management system, a plus

• Highly organized and motivated with demonstrated ability to manage tasks and multiple priorities

• Ability to work within a globally domiciled cross-functional team environment

• Ability to identify opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
