WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Provide technical support to dealer network via email, telephone and in-person
  • Assist in continuing product development and performance improvements. Including special projects and one-off options
  • Process warranty claims - analyze, process approve dealer warranty claims to ensure compliance/uniformity
  • Identify warranty cost excesses/non-compliance and take action to remedy
  • Assist dealers with new product installation and training
  • Perform follow up and end user courtesy calls to help drive dealer and quality goals, customer satisfaction, and continued growth
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • College and/or Technical School degree preferred 
  • 4+ years of field service experience in maintenance and repair of equipment/automotive
  • 2+ years direct customer service/interaction experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
