WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Provide Service Desk functions in support of day-to-day operations of employees.
  • Maintain ticketing system with updates and configurations.
  • Build new laptops and desktop computers in accordance with best practices.
  • Repair and/or reimage existing laptop and desktop computers in accordance with best practices.
  • Work to ensure computers and users follow internal IT Security Policies.
